Maria integrates psychotherapy with creative process to engage
the mind, body, emotions and imagination on a journey of change. She also provides specialized services in Jungian Sandplay Therapy. Clinical Practice UpdateMaria offers virtual psychotherapy on a regular basis, along with occasional
in-person appointments. Sandplay therapy is available on a limited basis. Video sessions take place over Virtual Care, a secure platform from Think Research that is compliant with both PIPEDA and PHIPA privacy legislation. |

For ParentsPlayful and non-verbal approaches with children and youth have been central components of Maria’s practice. These imaginative modalities engage young people in creatively exploring their struggles while building a sense of mastery and self-worth.

For CliniciansMaria is qualified to train and supervise Sandplay Therapy training candidates seeking Certification with the International Society for Sandplay Therapy; or Sandplay Practitioner status through the Canadian Association for Sandplay Therapy She also offers consultation to clinicians and agencies looking to integrate sandplay into their practice.
